The suit is really damn tight (I mean really tight) and it is made of thick springy fibers... it basically adds some spring action to your motion. At least that's the it felt to me when when I wore one 15 years ago. When you have it on, you literally can't squat or bring your arms back for a bench, you need weight to push it down. It helps a lot, though I have never heard of it adding hundreds of pounds.

I have the opposite problem. I can literally eat all day and never feel full. I bet I could put away 8000 regularly if I ate what I actually felt like eating. As it stands, I think I put away about 3000 per day.
Putting away 4000 calories would be no problem for me. That's just three value meals a day. Which would be like a diet for me.

^^^ I eat a lot of fast food and it's still difficult. I mean, even if you eat 6 times a day you have to take in almost 7000 calories per meal. That's a LOT of fucking food.
3000 is about my max unless I want to cheat by making a 6 pack of beer officially part of my nutrition plan. And even that's pretty hard and leaves me looking like I'm pregnant at the end of the day because I'm so fucking full.
BTW, LOL at your avatar.

Re: Off topic thread(basketball,movies,etc whatever)
You're probably so fucking full because you're eating nothing but nasty ass fast "food". Eating more often makes you hungrier too.

I eat all kinds of shit, and I've heard the "eating more often makes you hungrier" story, but it's never seemed to work for me.
And fast food kicks ass. I've got my eye on a Burger King sitting right outside this library window and I'm thinking I just might have to hit that shit up when I get out of here.

I don't know. I went to Panera for lunch today. They started putting the calorie count right on the menu. I got a regular old sammich, not something huge... it was 970 calories. I also ate a baguette and drank a tea with it. Probably put down 1500 calories on a what I consider a pretty light lunch. I could have easily eaten 2 or 3 of them sammiches. I also had breakfast, snack, 2nd snack, and am planning on having some pretty massive dinner too.
I guess it just depends on your appetite. I rarely eat fast food, and I am eating clean right now, the Panera break was an off the wagon concession because I had a stomach ache and wanted some bread. To me, 700 calories per meal seems pretty damn easy. I could easily eat 4000 calories per day. Easily. I am on a super strict diet now, and I still eat close to 3000.
But then again, I eat a lot more than most of my friends too... so I am probably not the best model.

BK is gross. I am not a fast food guy... I do like Arby's though. I also like sandwich places like Schlotzki's, JImmy Johns, Quiznos... I like burrito places too, I could eat Moe or Qdoba every day and never get sick of it.

Re: Off topic thread(basketball,movies,etc whatever)
I like to plow through the occasional burger king meal too, but let's be honest. It barely qualifies as food. It's more accurate to call it processed corn and synthetic chemicals that tastes like chicken/beef stock and salt. Fast food meals are huge on calories and extremely low on actual nutrition.

I dont really like fast food ,most of it just tastes like crap . Of course I dont like most food at restaurants or food you find at the grocery store either because I cant really stand that processed food taste or preservatives or whatever gives it that chemical tase
I did love Rally's though ::thumbup::
Until they closed it ::thumbdown::

BTW, that's cool that you will potentially be in the top 20 in the US for something. That's impressive. I wish I was top 20 in something. I might be for being an asshole, but that's about it.
Not even close. You might be top 20 in the category for hopeless people who are still Keith Jardine fans though.

Eventually I think we'll have to come up with something else to rip on X about other than the fighters he likes, just not yet.

30 to thayer road is quicker since you wont have to go through Lima. You'll still end up crossing 309 and when you do you're only 1/4 mile from Ohio State Lima.I think at the point you cross 309 its called harding highway/309
I'd catch up with ya but I'm going to be gone all day Sat. watching the Breeders Cup . ::handshake::

Nah I get 75% of my groceries at a place called whole foods. Its a natural and organic food place. You'd be amazed how much better freshly prepared food tastes .
I just dont eat alot of frozen meals or meals that are already prepared in a box

Re: Off topic thread(basketball,movies,etc whatever)
Never heard of Whole Foods, but I can dig eating stuff that isn't already prepared/frozen.
