Analysis: WR Anquan Boldin is active and seems like a safe play for fantasy leaguers. Pope is out, so keep him on the sidelines.
Panthers inactives: QB Matt Moore (3rd), WR D.J. Hackett, DB C.J. Wilson, LB Adam Seward, C Ryan Kalil, T Jeff Otah, WR Kenny Moore, DT Darwin Walker.
Analysis: The Panthers’ offensive line will not be at full strength with Kalil and Otah both inactive.
Redskins-Rams inactives

Redskins inactives: QB Colt Brennan (3rd), WR Malcolm Kelly, CB Shawn Springs, RB Ladell Betts, SS Chris Horton, T Chris Samuels, T Chad Rinehart, DT Cornelius Griffin.
Analysis: RB Clinton Portis is active and will start, as expected. RBs Rock Cartwright and Shaun Alexander will continue to back him up with Betts out. The absence of Springs is good news for Lions WR Calvin Johnson.
Lions inactives: QB Drew Henson (3rd), SS Dwight Smith, LB Jordon Dizon, G Manny Ramirez, G Edwin Mulitalo, DE Corey Smith, DT Andre Fluellen, DE Landon Cohen.
Analysis: The Lions defense is a little banged up, which is good news for the Redskins’ best fantasy players.
Rams-Patriots inactives

Rams inactives: QB Brock Berlin (3rd), CB Tye Hill, DB Todd Johnson, RB Steven Jackson, G Roy Schueing, T John Greco, WR Drew Bennett, NT Adam Carriker.
Analysis: RB Antonio Pittman will start in the absence of Jackson. He’s a viable flex starter in most formats. WR Donnie Avery will continue to start in the absence of Bennett.
Patriots inactives: RB Sammy Morris, WR Matt Slater, DB Lewis Sanders, RB LaMont Jordan, LB Eric Alexander, T Nick Kaczur, DE Jarvis Green , LB Shawn Crable.
Analysis: RBs BenJarvus Green-Ellis and Kevin Faulk will share the workload with Morris and Jordan out. Both are viable flex choices this week.

Analysis: RB Larry Johnson has been deactivated this week, so RB Kolby Smith will start and share carried with RB Jamaal Charles.
Jets: QB Brett Ratliff (3rd), TE Bubba Franks, CB David Barrett, WR David Clowney, QB Erik Ainge, DL Kareem Brown, LB Marques Murrell, PK Mike Nugent.
Analysis: WRs Laveranues Coles and Jerricho Cotchery are both active and will start, so both seem like safe options for fantasy leaguers.
Raiders-Ravens inactives

Analysis: RB Justin Fargas will see the bulk of the carries with McFadden out and is a viable flex starter. RB Michael Bush will see more work as well, but he’s a lesser fantasy option.
Ravens inactives: QB Todd Bouman, WR Yamon Figurs, CB Chris McAlister, CB Samari Rolle, S Dawan Landry, T Adam Terry, WR Marcus Smith, DT Lamar Divens.
Analysis: WRs Derrick Mason and Mark Clayton are active and will play. Raiders WRs Javon Walker and Ronald Curry are more attractive options with McAlister and Rolle out of action.

Analysis: RB Brian Westbrook is active and will start, and is a safe play. WR Kevin Curtis is active and will start, and is a borderline No. 3 or 4 fantasy WR.
Falcons inactives: OL Sam Baker, WR Laurent Robinson, S Thomas DeCoud, CB David Irons, LB Tony Gilbert, C Alex Stepanovich DE Simon Fraser.
Analysis: With Baker out, Atlanta’s OL will not be at full strength, and that’s not good news for RB Michael Turner. He will still be active in most leagues, but don’t expect a huge game.
