MORALLY COMPLEX - Looking at today's class rating, this racer is up against an easier field than in the last race at Delta Downs. Entered a Maiden Special race at Delta Downs in the last race and raced in the slop finishing eighth. Has to do better in this race. Ramirez-Rodriguez gets a break on this horse carrying 7 lbs less than last out. Its possible this could make the difference in this event. Ranks number one in the field in earnings per start. A solid effort in this race can augment that total.
Vulnerable Contenders: #12 FLAT STORMIN (ML=5/2), #6 JOYFUL JOSEPHINE (ML=3/1), #10 AIR CASTLE (ML=5/1),
FLAT STORMIN - This morning-line choice hasn't visited the track in awhile. No drills since last race. JOYFUL JOSEPHINE - Hard to expect this filly to be in good shape after the extended rest time. A runner should have more speed at 1 1/16 miles to give me hope about her winning probability at 6 furlongs. AIR CASTLE - Tough to like the downward spiraling flow (64/57/49) of Equibase speed figs. When examining today's Equibase class figure, she will have to register a better speed figure than in the last race to vie in this dirt sprint.
