We apologize for yesterday. We missed the mark badly on our Best Bets and lost a rare Payday. We were 14-8 Overall and hit a prop round robin, but obviously put the wrong teams in the best bets and Payday. These days unfortunately happen now and then. Over time, we average 3-4 blowout great days to every 1 blowout loss day. It is not fun when the bad days come. Our job is to make us all money and yesterday we missed the mark. So again, we are sorry. As we show you, we are one of the few honest and transparent sports advisory services. Every day we post if we win or lose and what our track record is overall. We also bet ourselves on the selections we send you so we win and lose together. We are taking a very small percentage of our bankroll on the selections so bad days don't impact the bankroll much percentage wise. We always recommend you do the same and let the hot streaks build up our profits. The rest of our plays did well. We went 4-2 on other MLB and 5-1 on Player Props. It was just the best bets and Payday that cost us. As always, we will bounce back stronger than ever. Reason:
Lets try and keep this perfect streak going in the NBA Playoffs. Have to take the points here, in a game the Clippers need to win to avoid going down 3-1 and most likely lose the series at that point. 6 is a lot of points, I'm expecting this to be a back and forth battle that could come down to the 4th quarter.


Clippers haven't lost 3 in a row to Dallas for years, the series is split 5-5 in their last 10 games. Not sure who will win this game but give me the points with the Clippers, we should see a bounce back effort after a low scoring game 3.

Again, Goals, Goals, Goals here in this one -- or at least enough to get us another casher on the Over. The Avalanche have scored 5 goals or more in all 3 games in this series and the two teams have combined to score 13, 7 and 8 goals respectively, with the Avs putting 6 on the board in 2 of them. They have now played to the Over in 5 of the 6 meetings between them this season as well. Go with the OVER once again here today....



PHILADELPHIA 76'ERS (-4.5) (NBA)
** NBA PLAY OF THE DAY **
This team is just too good to be down 3-1 in this series and we think the 76'ers take care of business on their home court and force this into a 2-2 tie as it rightfully should be. Embiid is technically listed as questionable for this one, but we are expecting him to be a go, although if he is ruled out, this would be a lot tougher of a spread to swallow. With him in the lineup, this one is all a go. Obviously, if you didn't know it before, him dropping 50 on the Knicks in Game 3 should give you every understanding of trusting the process in Philly. The Knicks have been absolutely brutal in the 1st half over the last year, going 29-43 in those games in the first 24 minutes. They are 22-36 ATS in their L58 games after the 1st quarter. No reason to believe the Sixers won't come out with a serious edge and home court advantage in this one. Take the PHILADELPHIA 76'ERS in the GAME.....



MINNESOTA TWINS (-105) (MLB)
** MLBPLAY OF THE DAY **
The Minnesota Twins are red hot as we pointed out yesterday and we fully suspect them to continue their torrid hitting here and finish off the sweep against the Angels in Anaheim. Pablo Lopez toes the rubber for the Twins today and he's seeking the W for the first time in 5 starts, although he has pitched well away from home in 2024, allowing 1 ER in 2 of his 3 starts on the road. He's another pitcher that struggles in the month of April in his career, with a 5-10 mark through 24 career starts in the opening month. He has pitched well against the Angels to split results, going 1-1 in 2 career outings against the franchise with a respectable 3.75 ERA, although his only loss came against Ohtani on the other side of the mound. He has never allowed a HR to anyone on the Angels roster and the players themselves add up to a paltry 4-for-44 (.090) against him. We would love to see that kind of an outing here today. Detmers is the guy between us and the cash and he has been nothing short of dominant to start off his 2024. He comes into today with a 3-1 mark and 2.12 ERA through 5 starts but his kryptonite -- if he has one really -- has been pitching at home this season where he carries a 3.46 ERA to go with his lone loss. He has never fared well against the Twins in 3 career starts, going 0-1 with a 5.52 ERA and 9 ER and 15 H allowed in just over 14 IP. The expected Twins lineup has hit him pretty well in their careers as well. with Buxton, Castro, Farmer, Santana, Margot and Miranda hitting a combined 11-for-31 (.355) with 1 HR and 6 RBI. The Twins have now won 3 straight in this series and 4 of their L5 meetings while also winning 3 of their L4 played in LA. Run with the MINNESOTA TWINS as our TOP PLAY OF THE DAY.....



NEW YORK YANKEES (-135) (MLB)
** PLATINUM MLB PLAY **
What is stopping this Yankees offense that is clicking on all cylinders? Certainly not this Brewers pitching staff that has been torched for 21 runs through the first 2 games of this series and sends a guy named Tobias out on the hill. The kid actually pitched well in his season opener, allowing only 1 ER over 5 IP against Pittsburgh in a 2-1 loss, but facing a Yankee offense that has now scored 33 runs in its L5 games might be a bit too daunting of a task. Stroman is on the hill for the Yankees and he has a ton of experience and success against the Brewers and at Miller Park and he has been great in his first 2 starts away from home this season, allowing only 2 ER total. In 7 career starts against the Brewers he is 3-1 with a 2.58 ERA, while allowing less than a BB/H each inning. He has yet to lose in 3 career starts at Miller Park, going 2-0 in those outings while his teams were a perfect 3-0 there. Go with the NEW YORK YANKEES in this interleague match-up.....




MIAMI MARLINS (-135) (MLB)
** PLATINUM MLB PLAY **
There is a reason the Nationals don't get the sweep very often and we suspect they won't pull off the feat here today at Marlins Park either. Patrick Corbin has really struggled to kick off his 2024 campaign, compiling an 0-3 mark and 6.51 ERA to start the season through 5 outings. He has been just as bad in the month of April in his career as through 39 career outings, he holds a 9-20 record with 4.86 ERA and .281 BAA during the month. He hasn't been any better against the Marlins in his career either, with a 4-7 record and 4.15 ERA in 16 career starts against the franchise. Corbin has been absolutely brutal when pitching in Miami though, as he holds a dismal 6.96 ERA and 1.39 WHIP while posting a 1-4 record there in 6 career starts on the beach. Miami had won 5 straight in the series between these two teams prior to this series and they have won 3 straight against the Nationals when Corbin takes the mound. Up and down the lineup, the Marlins have put together some good AB's against him as in 13 AB against him, Bell has 3 HR 6 RBI and a .308 BA. Garcia is batting .375 with 2 HR and 4 RBI in only 8 AB. Arraez, Bethancourt and Chisholm are all hitting .333 against him and Fortes (.400) and Rivera (1.000) are even better than that. Miami comes into today having lost 5 straight and looking at being swept for the 2nd straight series in a row. We expect them to get to Corbin early and break the streak. Run with the MIAMI MARLINS to avoid the sweep.....
