Tonight is a special night for the Bearcats, playing in their first BIG 12 Conference Game in their home building. One notable observation is the size difference. The Bearcats are a much bigger team. Texas has played a weak non-conference schedule, so it’s hard to get a good read on them. Texas has a lot of transfers from small conferences, so it will take a long time to see exactly where they stand in the BIG 12. The Chris Beard scandal set them back, but head coach Rodney Terry will look to keep Texas in the top 25. The Longhorns need to up their pace because they will lose the battle on the boards many times this year in conference play. Cincinnati will use their size to get easy buckets, while Texas will use their speed to score. Max Abmas was a great addition and will help the Longhorns tremendously. The atmosphere will be electric tonight. Look for a high-scoring game. Take the Over.
