    SAINT LOUIS @ DAYTON | 02/19 | 7:00 PM EST
    SAINT LOUIS -5.5
ANALYSIS: When Dayton upset St. Louis 76-71 in late January, the Billikens were coming off a 33-day COVID-related pause. They made 3 of 13 treys and just 10 of 17 free throws. They were out of rhythm and they were winded. Look for St. Louis to get revenge Friday, as the Billikens enter on a four-game win streak. They've held each of those four opponents under 60 points and won by an average of nearly 17 points. St. Louis also could get a boost from the potential return of point guard Yuri Collins (ankle), who practiced this week. Lay the points.

    CLEV. ST. @ PFW | 02/19 | 7:00 PM EST
    CLEV. ST. -5
ANALYSIS: The Mastodons have lost eight straight, only two of those by single digits. They've only covered one of those. They're terrible defensively, giiving up an average of 78 points on 46 percent shooting. Look for Cleveland State, tied for the Horizon lead at 15-3 after knocking off Detroit last Saturday, to cover its fifth straight versus losing teams.

    ROBERT MORRIS @ DETROIT | 02/19 | 6:00 PM EST
    DETROIT -9
ANALYSIS: The Titans have won eight of 10 since a 1-7 start that includes losses to Michigan State and Notre Dame. Last weekend, they split with Horizon co-leader Cleveland State. Detroit enters this one on a 6-1 ATS run and has covered four straight versus losing teams. Before a 71-64 loss to Cleveland State last Saturday, the Titans had scored 77 or more in seven straight games. Robert Morris is 4-12 and sitting in last place in the conference at 3-10. Last Friday, Colonials leading scorer AJ Bramah (21.0 ppg, 10.3 rpg) announced he was entering the transfer portal. Lay the points.

    UTAH @ L.A. CLIPPERS | 02/19 | 10:00 PM EST
    UTAH -2.5
ANALYSIS: Kawhi Leonard, Paul George, Nicolas Batum and Luke Kennard all are questionable for the Clippers. I don't think George will play, which means Utah has the edge again. The Jazz are on a historic 19-2 ATS run. In Mike Conley's absence, Joe Ingles has elevated his game bigtime. In six starts for Conley, Ingles is averaging 16.7 points and 5.0 assists while shooting 47.5 percent from deep. Lay it.

Here are the English Premier League picks from Martin Green:

Wolves vs. Leeds picks (Friday, 3 p.m. ET)

      Wolves draw no bet (-130)
      Both teams to score (-130)

Soccer fans will witness a stark clash of styles when Wolves hosts Leeds for a Premier League game at Molineux on Friday.

Wolves is one of the most disciplined and conservative teams in the league. Manager Nuno Espirito Santo generally instructs eight outfield players to sit behind the ball and smother the opposition. His team is well-drilled, hard-working and content to stifle the opposition in a bid to grind out narrow victories.

Leeds is the polar opposite. It loves to take risks, throwing men forward in a series of highly ambitious forays up the pitch. Essentially, Leeds plays with the handbrake off, and Wolves tries to soak up pressure and spring counter-attacks.

      A Defensive Masterclass

This clash of styles was evident when the teams met at Elland Road earlier this season. Leeds had a blistering start in the Premier League, and it was surging with momentum after beating Fulham and Sheffield United and drawing with the mighty Manchester City. Then it came up against a supremely disciplined Wolves team and lost 1-0.

Leeds enjoyed 68 percent of the possession time in that game, but it could not make it count due to Wolves' defensive masterclass. Marcelo Bielsa's men failed to create any noteworthy chances, and Wolves hit them with a late sucker punch as Raul Jimenez's strike was deflected past Leeds' hapless goalkeeper Illan Meslier.

Wolves was enjoying a reasonably strong season until Jimenez suffered a fractured skull in a 2-1 victory over Arsenal on Nov. 29. It then went on an 11-game winless streak, which saw it tumble down the standings. Wolves badly missed the Mexican striker's movement and finishing ability, and so - with no timeline set for Jimenez's return - it dipped into the January transfer window to sign Willian José on loan from Real Sociedad.

That has helped spark an upturn in results. Wolves beat Arsenal 2-1 at the start of February, then battled to a creditable draw with high-flying Leicester City and defeated Southampton 2-1 on the road last weekend.

Green Shoots of Recovery for Wolves

That should give Santo's team confidence as it prepares to host Leeds. It will be without Willy Boly, but it has been pretty solid at the back, with Roman Saïss and Leander Dendoncker on either side of captain Conor Coady. Pedro Neto and Adama Traore are in fine form alongside José on attack.

Leeds is two points ahead of Wolves in the Premier League table with a game in hand. It has won three of its last five matches but suffered a bruising 4-2 defeat to Arsenal last time out. Leeds' defensive weaknesses were brutally exposed, and it was down 4-0 before halving the deficit in the second half.

Injuries have forced Bielsa to play right back Luke Ayling in the center of defense alongside captain Liam Cooper, and he could struggle against Neto and José after Arsenal's Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang overwhelmed him last weekend. Leeds could welcome back key midfielder Kalvin Phillips, but Rodrigo is still out.

Bielsa is an astute tactician, and he could find a way to break down Wolves' defense this time around. But the home team also has enough quality to take advantage of Leeds' defensive frailties.

The Jazz have now covered the spread in eight straight games, which included an 18-point win over these same Clippers on Wednesday. They are now 10-4 ATS on the road for the season. The Clippers are dealing with several injuries, the biggest of which are to Paul George (toe) and Kawhi Leonard (leg), who are both listed as questionable. With how hot the Jazz are, I’ll take them to cover again.

The Bucks desperately miss Jrue Holiday (COVID-19). He has missed six straight games, five of which resulted in losses. One of them was a loss to these same Thunder in a game that both Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Theo Maledon didn’t play. They are now back in action, so it’s a bit surprising to see the spread this large. Add in the Thunder posting an 11-4 record ATS on the road, and I like taking a chance on the points.
