ANALYSIS: This is a very low total, but for good reasons. FAU has been excellent on defense. The Owls are third in the nation, allowing just over 12 points per game. But they have been bad on offense, averaging just over 18 per game, which ranks 118th. The Under is the way to go with both of these teams. It has cashed in six of seven FAU matchups this year, while Southern Miss has cashed in six of nine games. Points will surely be at a premium. The Under is 9-3 in the Golden Eagles’ last 12 home games and 8-2 in the Owls’ last 10 December games.

ANALYSIS: Georgia Tech is horrible on defense, allowing over 37 points per game. The Yellow Jackets are short-handed on both sides of the football. Pittsburgh is really good at creating takeaways, and Georgia Tech has been turning the football over at an alarming rate. Kenny Pickett will have a huge night, and I won't be surprised if he has at least three TDs. The Over has cashed in seven straight for the Panthers and is 8-1 in the Yellow Jackets’ last nine games following an ATS loss. This number opened at 51 and has quickly been adjusted to 53 and higher.

ANALYSIS: The Panthers are the much better overall team and lead the all-time series 9-5, having won four of the last five meetings. Pittsburgh was hammered by Clemson, but Georgia Tech is missing several key players on both sides of the football. The Panthers have been really good defensively this year, ranking 12th in the nation with 12 takeaways, and they are fifth in rushing yards per game. The Yellow Jackets defense is allowing over 37 points per game, which is 113th in the nation, and they are 114th in passing, allowing almost 280 per game. Jeff Sims has as many TD passes as he does INTs. Kenny Pickett will have a huge night. Georgia Tech is 4-10 ATS in its last 14 home games.

3-Unit Play. #863. Take San Diego State +3 over Arizona State (Thursday @ 10pm est)

Great 7* Winner yesterday on Shakthar +2 over Inter Milan (0-0, Final). Note, 8 or 9 Football Selections out this Week including our 7-Unit Selection as we are very excited about a Winning Week. Nice 2-1 day in CBB Yesterday as well as Clemson and Georgia Tech get it done and we will have 3 CBB Selecitons today as well. Soccer is now on a 14-5 Run and +4400 run as well and NBA of course is just 12 days away and we posted +9200 last year and people are extemely excited about it this year (PDF below) as are we.
As per San Diego State, they played like utter garbage against Pepperdien and still managed to win by 5 points as they were looking ahead likely to this game. They have a coach in Brian Dutcher who believes they should be ranked higher and this is a team that won 30 games last year and they are actively looking for respectability and they get their shot today. Remember, they are top 25 in AP poll but not in the coaches poll which is likely something this coaching staff will look to motivate their players with. Note, Arizona State did beat Col to their crdit but Cal also had 20 turnovers in that game and San Diego State has 5 upperclassmen who know how to play basketball and have played a lot of minutes so I suspect they will take care of the ball better. Plus, San Diego State shot 2/15 from 3 point land last game and I don't think they shoot as bad this game either.

3-Unit Play. #862. Take South Dakota State -8.5 over North Dakota State (Thursday @ 9pm est)

I know North Dakota State just lost by 4 points to Kansas and give them credit for scheduling Nebraska and Creighton as well. But, this is a South Dakota State that is a top 50 effective field goal shooting team and North Dakota State does not shoot the ball well frankly as they are outside the top 250 in most field goal categories. South Dakota State has fantastic sharp shooters and this team lost a heartbreaker to this team in overtime the last time they played as well. South Dakota State is no slouch either as they beat a good defensive Iowa State team and we roll with the better offense here in South Dakota State.

3-Unit Play. #307610. Take Ole Miss -22.5 over Jackson State (Thrusday @ 8pm est)

I know Jackson State just layed Miss State and got routed as that was our lean on the daily video and they might look to bounce-back here but I think Ole Miss wants to prove they can score with some of their upperclassmen leaving. This is a team that lost to Miss State badly and also lost to Georgia last year and I think Kermit Davis has a lot to prove that his program is headed in the right direction adn what better way than to rout a team that Miss State just routed. When motivated Ole Miss can play very well against teams outside the top 250 and I think Ole Miss starts off the season strong here

San Diego State has started 4-0, rallying from 16 points down in the second half to beat a feisty Pepperdine bunch. The Aztecs almost always play at their pace and look for them to do that against Arizona State in their first away contest. The Sun Devils have ample talent that coach Bobby Hurley has brought in, but they are not always adaptable when they cannot play at a faster pace where their athletic abilities are most noticeable. San Diego State arrives in Tempe with a 9-2 ATS record in road games after four or more consecutive wins and is 10-1 ATS away after playing a home game. The Aztecs outright!

Just one play tonight, trying to build on a 5-1 move the last couple days. I'm also the No. 1 football capper at Doc's this season, up almost $6,000 profit, so look for my football package tonight at 6:00 ET for this weekend.
