      OAKLAND -125
      HOUSTON @ OAKLAND | 8/07 | 9:10 PM EDT
      4:22 PM
On Friday, the Oakland A’s will attempt to win their seventh straight game. Houston's ace Zack Greinke delivered two stout performances last year against the A’s. In fact, Greinke allowed just one run in 13 innings of work against Oakland. However, with Greinke still working himself into form look for the A’s to continue swinging a hot bat on Friday night.

The Yankees have dropped two of three games as they head into a new series Friday against the Tampa Bay Rays. Neither of Friday’s starters in Blake Snell and Masahiro Tanaka have pitched beyond three innings this season. Expect the travel factor to hinder the Yankees as the Rays build on their 5-2 home record.

        PHILADELPHIA -4.5
        ORLANDO @ PHILADELPHIA | 8/07 | 6:30 PM EDT
The 76ers are 2-1 at the bubble despite their noted inconsistency and a couple close calls against inferior opponents. The injury loss of Ben Simmons is unfortunate, but it shouldn't have too much of an impact on this matchup. Philadelphia should have a prime opportunity to run the offense through Joel Embiid and capitalize on the openings he creates. The Magic started off strong but could be in for tough stretch with both Jonathan Isaac and Aaron Gordon now sidelined by injuries. The 76ers have a get-right opportunity Friday against a wounded opponent.

This line is rising for good reason. The Pelicans still have a ton to play for, and a big talent edge here. Lay the points.
