Washington State almost knocked off the Broncos on the road last year. I think they will be able to get a big win here at home. Washington State is 5-0 ATS in their five games against Boise State going back to 1997. Boise State struggled to put away Troy last week at home. And they lost 31-12 in their last game against a team from a Power 5 conference. Boise State are just 2-7 ATS in their last nine games and just 4-3 SU in their last seven games. The Broncos are not as strong of a program now that Chris Peterson has moved on to Washington. The Broncos used to dominate the Mountain West and were a national force even though they didn't play in a big conference. But now they are just a very good team from a small conference and they are stepping up in class here. Boise is just 1-6 ATS in its last seven games against teams in the Pac-12. Washington State has one of the most experienced quarterbacks in the country with four-year starter Luke Falk. He should be able to pick apart the Broncos defense. Boise State is just 1-4 ATS in its last five nonconference games and they are just 1-7 ATS in their last eight games against a team with a winning record. I like the Cougars to get revenge for that loss last year with a blowout here.
