Clemson doesn’t have a great shot at winning the ACC title (Florida State only has to beat Maryland to lock up the Atlantic division), but the Tigers still have a great shot at a BCS Bowl game if they win out – so motivation is high. Clemson has won and covered six straight games and the offense is absolutely on fire. They are averaging 46 points per game over this six game winning streak and haven’t scored fewer than 38 over that span. They’ve also covered five straight as a double digit favorite. NC State locked up a bowl berth last week with a big home win over Wake Forest. It’ll be difficult for the Wolfpack to stay 100% motivated here on the road. Take Clemson in a blowout.

It not only has been a long year for Colorado, it has been a long two years since becoming a member of the PAC-12. They won just three games a year ago, and are an even worse 1-9 this season. The Colorado defense has not been able to stop anyone, allowing 40 or more points seven times this season. They have gotten worse as the season has progressed. Their last six games show them getting out-scored 300-82 or by an amazing 31 points per game. This team has truly given up and for good reason. The talent on the field each week is simply men vs. boys. The Huskies offense has been improving, having delivered more points vs. BCS opponents than their previous game in four straight weeks, topping off with a season-high 34 last week. That should be topped once again this week, so take Washington.
