I'm pretty sure he took Lytle down at least once, if only briefly.

Maybe I need to take another look at Njokuani's ground game. Not sure what would benefit him by taking Taylor down.

One brief takedown? Oh I see!!!!

Benefit would be: to steal the round, stay on top, take advantage of Taylor's horrible T3D. Taylor's only chance is a KO imo

I was more contrasting Lytles T3D to Njokuani's, dickhead.

And I'm not so much arguing for Taylor as I am arguing against the line.

I guess I've just lost too many bets that should've won.

UFC 138 loses Taylor-Njokuani; Diabate-Perosh promoted to main card

Figures. Taylor always pulls out close to fight time since he dropped to LW, -300 that this is weight related

I think the Perosh - Diabate line is probably about right.

Perosh has decent bjj, but weak standup and takedowns that are not as good as they need to be. I would say he has never beaten a good opponent, and probably does not belong in the UFC at all.

Yes, Diabate is kind of one-dimensional, and we know that one-dimensional grapplers beat one-dimensional strikers, but I think these guys are on different levels. This fight is going to be brutal -- most likely outcome is Perosh leaving the cage on a stretcher.

Che Mills is going to beat Cope isn't he? Cope is impossible to take down, but Mills has been in there with way better strikers (Marius Z) and won.

I don't see anything on this card. I like Munoz, but his line seems a little pricey to me. At this point, it is Leben or nothing.

Looked at De Fries/Broughton... nothing to see. De Fries has won all his fights by submission, Broughton is tough to finish though, and has more experience. Tought to know what will happen there.

I think Cariaso should have an advantage over Vaughn Lee, but there is not much to see on Lee. Cariaso is pretty tough and well rounded though. But I am not really confident enough to bet it without more info on Lee.

I am looking hard at Edwards. Maguire is a wrestler with no wrestling backround, I don't know that he is going to be able to get on top of an actual wrestler in Edwards. At that line, Edwards migbht be worth a play. Here is Maguire:

                          2012: +19.33
                          2012 Parlay project: +16.5u

Thoughts on Jason Young pulling out an upset? I think he did good vs Poirier

Haven't looked at that one. Omigawa is durable grinder though, how was Young's td defense against Poirier? I didn't see the fight.

Kinda liked what i saw out of de fries. Doggedly pursues the takedown similar to how jake shields usually does. Not bad on top either.
