A Global e-pay card? What the fuck is that? Why didn't they just send a check?

As for their lines, I think they're best for underdog lines. Their lines on favorites are often way higher than everyone elses, and so their dog odds are often the best, at least the best of my books.

Well I can cash it out in dollars it just gets converted( in theory ). I posted a message on a forum where someone else was complaining about it. There was another poster there that worked for bodog. I thought that might get some attention. We'll see. I will fill out a complaint if the next payout doesn't work.
