Well yes, in a sense, there is a "thinking" aspect to it. But it is the same with any sport... you can think about it all day long, but at some point it is just about repetition. The one thing I will say about grappling is that a trained grappler can completely control an untrained grappler who is stronger/faster/larger. But I suppose it is the same way with anything. If you have never swung a baseball bat and then try to hit a guy that has been throwing pitches for multiple hours each week over a period of years... it is going to be a while before you can start hitting him.

Have you ever read about Multiple Intelligences theory (seems like we have has this convo before)? (much like your more widely recognized "logical-mathmatical" intelligence).

So even though the Wunderlic may have an inverse relationship to performance, "intelligence" cannot by definition have an inverse relationship - since athleticm is a type of intelligence.

Yeah, I haven't read much on it, but there's clearly are lot of different mental abilities beyond the the traditional IQ-type intelligence. I don't remember if we've had this conversation before, but I think I might have mentioned how much I suck at word games and learning languages.

I think the theory behind the inverse relationship was that the really smart football players were a bit "precocious": less obedient, harder to instill with a sense of team-loyalty, slower to relate to the other players, and so on.

Well you pay for the filehosting site. I currently pay $9.99 a month for unlimited downloads from the site I use. There are plenty of places to search shit out that way. From rapidlibrary.com where you can search specific hosts, or sites like warez-bb.org which has just about everything in all the major hosts.
