^ I watced the women compete in the olympic style lifts at Arnolds this year. Did not see the actual powerlifting women. Anyway, they weren't hot. The crossfit chicks, they were pretty much all very attractive. I am starting to get into some of the crossfit stuff myself.

Right now I am into the swiss ball. I am trying to stand on that thing like Galvao. I can do it for a little while but not like he does. Doing a compb oof this:

I have bosu because I can't totally stand on it yet, and so I can get my lifts in very efficiently.

I got one of those balls, and was doing situps on them last summer. I swear I got a fuckin hernia doing them, fucked me up real good.

LOL, yeah. I tried to do abs on one of those balls once, and I really felt I had a hernia. My abs cramped up so bad and I was like leaning back stretching them for 10 minutes. It was horrible.

Most of her races are like that. She did come in second in the 400m this year during the first meet. She got out to a big lead like that but faded down the stretch and the other girl caught her.

The weather has been so bad around here, its tuff for them to go long distances. That one in the vid, it was upper 30's and drizzling out.

Did you guys all have track in 3rd grade? I know I didnt ,the first year we had track was 6th grade
