Prime Cuts is a great compilation.

But I know you get into super-heavy shit so you might not like it. This shit is like punk-influenced/funky/crossover-thrash kind of shit, and some albums sound completely different than others.

Personally, I recommend it, because I love it.

No, this "Xtreme Power TV" program is covering it, and they are going to put together a TV show for FSN affiliates that will air in the future. So the meet won't be live or anything on television, but it will be live streamed on the internet through Ustream....I don't know the link yet

At these comps do they just do bench, squat and deadlift? We actually had a powerlifting team in HS, I wasn't on it (obviously) but some of my buddies were. I though I remebered them squatting like 600#... is that a lot? (again, I really have no idea).

I can barely bench 200# (I weigh 200).
