I'm really curious about their stand up. I think Bendo's standup is really solid but not excellent. This is probably the area where I think they are most evenly matched and if Gil is going to surprise us it's going to be by showing us he has better boxing.

On the ground, I think it's all Bendo. Better wrestling and much better subs.

Gil's best chance is to draw Bendo into a brawl, but I don't think he's going to be able to. Their most even area is striking but I think Bendo's kicks are the difference here. Gilbert's problem is going to be keeping Bendo from clinching him up and taking him down, especially since his best shot is to get wild and brawl with Benson.

anyone like Viana ? his tdd looked good in his first ufc fight and hes probably the better striker. he hits hard and pretty fast too. i also like thompson but i hear hes been shooting movies in hina and have a short training camp for this fight. i like Gil and wont be surprised if he wins. he can make it a close fight by striking with henderson and sneak in tds.

Yeah, I think Benson has suspect T3D to be honest, but I think he wins a close decision. I don't think it will be dominant at all.

I absolutely LOVE Carmont over Larkin.

You guys will think I am crazy but Benavidez and the guy with the long and weird last name will be a close fight.

I'm not sure I believe that. Uyenoyama got taken down and controlled by Phil Harris, Benavidez is going to have a field day with him.

Why? I've only seen larkin vs lawler and lawler looked kinda apathetic in that one.

I think Benenvidez will just keep it standing and outstrike him. I don't think he will roll the dice on the mat with him, though on the mat, I think it could go either way.

Maybe it means Lawler had that look in his eyes where he wanted to start sucking Larkin's dick in the middle of the fight.

I like Brown at +285, and Nijem at +215. I might bet Dillashaw also.

I really dont see how Brown wins. Sure , hes on win strike but who has he really beat that could be compared to the level of Mein? I think Mein dominates a 30-27 victory

Becareful going big on Dillashaw. I rewatched his fight vs Vaughan Lee and he seem to have had problem taking Lee down. He didnt look good striking either. Viana is fast, hits hard and has good tdd. He keeps his distance pretty well also. I think this fight is alot closer than the odd suggest. If Dillishaw cant mix in the tds to take Viana down, he's probably gonna be in trouble on the feet.
