Well obviously I have no way of DISPROVING roid use for any of them, but I definitely don't think it's a given. Though if someone is, it's probably Palhares.
But I have met guys in the past who barely even lifted weights and looked awesome. They just had great genetics. I knew one guy in high school who I'm sure wasn't doing roids but he could've gotten on any stage and competed in a bodybuilding contest (at least a local ammy one). Some guys are just made like that.
Well the aforementioned Palhares is bigger than a LOT of bodybuilders. He's 5'8" and competes at 185. Probably walks around at . . . what? 210? Maybe more? Richard Baldwin, whose pic is in that list, was also 5'8" 185 on competition day.
Steeve Reeves was 215 lbs . . . at 6'1".
Or Brian Whitacre, who has actually won many contests, is something like 5'9" 165 lbs. So there are a lot of bodybuilders who don't really play the mass game. And like we've talked about before, there is a great deal of illusion in the photos of bodybuilders. They do all kinds of things to make them look bigger than they do in real life.
