It seems that these aren't the best days for non-UFC MMA. Thankfully, there's Bellator and WSOF, but most of the smaller promotions are less visible now than they used to be (or aren't around anymore at all).

MFC, for instance, doesn't seem to attract the quality B-list names that they used to and as a result you rarely hear anything about them anymore. Not sure what happened to Shark Fights. Titan apparently you can't even find a stream for. And there seem to be a lot fewer one-offs (like Moosin) seem to be much fewer and farther between.
