Houston has had an extra week to prepare for this game, and it looks like some RLM is starting to move this line. I think Houston wins a close one here.

West to East travel for an early start, the Skins have played more talented foes in the first couple weeks and should have the defense to slow Arizona, while the offense began to show life last week. The Juice continues to rise on this one so getting down on it rather than waiting.
