R ROSE' ALL DAY - This filly has higher odds on the morning line than the other entrant from the stable of Joseph. Better be wary of this angle. If you review the PP's for this horse, you'll see she has recorded the top speed rating at the distance and surface. A repeat performance in this field and this horse has a superb chance to win. Coming off a sixth place finish at Gulfstream Park, some may pass on this horse. I'm not. She just missed hitting the show spot, and has decent morning odds today. STORM - You have to like this race horse changing from dirt to turf for the first time. She finished on the board on a sluggish dirt track on December 24th. A sign she may take to turf. Is ranked totally number one in the field in earnings per start (EPS). A powerful performance in this event can augment the lifetime earnings. Going on Lasix for the 1st time. While a familiar handicapping angle, it's still quite important to factor in.

APPLE LOVER - This filly raced very, very well on January 6th ending up third, but hasn't even visited the track since then. Not really a good sign. MONETIZE IT (GB) - Didn't make up any ground at any point on Sep 24th. Hard to play this time around at the expected odds.

Horses who have been prepared to race at this distance and surface by Thomas have shown strong results as of late. Her chances to win are much better this time out facing this less demanding lot. SAY WHAT - Will most likely go to the front end and should never look back. Recorded a strong speed rating in the last race. Can run another good one in this race. BRAVE OLLIE - Is worth thinking about and may be a bet - strong speed figs (53 average) at today's distance and surface recently. Going in a dirt sprint race gives this filly a competitive shot.

I look for this pony to sit chilly off the pace and make a big move on the turn, cruising straight on to the winner's circle. Have to like the way Schmidt has raced this gelding back into shape off the layoff. Equine is well spotted in this sprint and I think he'll run well today. CUSTOM PRAYER - This gelding is clearly on the improve with speed figures of 57, 61, 69 last 3 out.

3rd race – (6) Shes a Gift (B) was a clear second last time and should reach the winner’s circle today. (2) Machtenhaironfire takes a big class drop and looks like the main rival.
