What a game this should be. Nashville is 2 points ahead of the Blackhawks and have played 1 more game. So, in essence these guys are tied for the final playoff spot in the Central, making this the most important game these 2 teams have played this year. With all that said, I think the better team here are the Preds and I want the better team in what is ultimately a 1 game playoff. Not only that but the Hawks are coming off a win and Nashville has lost 2 games in a row, both against one of the best teams in hockey: The Hurricanes. I also like that Nashville are full of veterans that have been to the playoffs and made long playoff runs in the last few years. I understand that Keith and Kane have rings already, but this Hawks team on a whole is very young and just starting to enter a phase where they will be competitive. At -140, the Preds are a great value bet and frankly, I would have no issue if you take them in Regulation as well at +115.

Last time around the track was at Turf Paradise in a race with a class rating of 78. Dropping considerably in class figure in today's event puts her in a solid position in today's race. This one has increased her speed figures in each of the last two races. That kind of progress is worth taking note of. I like this mare. Has the highest earnings per race in this event. SINCERE WARNING - I like to see fast workouts. This mare's last one was very good. Second fastest of the day. This mare should be at the fitness peak, this far into her form cycle. This mare gets a weight break of -5 pounds from last race. This should help right here.

PEACHY KEEN - When this jockey and trainer combine forces you have to take a look. Correa and Gonzalez have been fabulous together. The 69 last race speed fig looks strong in the TrackMaster PPs.

I SAW IT ALL - Didn't make up ground at any point on Apr 13th. Hard to wager on this time at the expected odds. If you keep betting these kind of 'bridesmaid' types, you're going to be disappointed regularly. BEST START - When any equine improves so much in the slop, I have to be leery of him next out. Garnered a disappointing speed figure last time around the track in a $7,500 Claiming race on Mar 24th. Unlikely to see an improved performance off of that number.
