I've gone into an NBA betting funk ever since the Kings GAGGED away a sure win Sunday at home vs. Charlotte. If they can't win this one, even without Tyrese Haliburton, I'm done with them for good. Saint Joseph's won its final three games of the regular season and that coincided with leading scorer Ryan Daly (19.4 ppg) returning from a long absence. That included a home nine-point OT win vs. La Salle on Feb. 20. Daly has averaged 23.0 points per game since his return. The winner of the battle between two Philadelphia Big 5 rivals will face No. 5 UMass in the second round of the A-10 tourney. The Explorers have covered just one of their past six overall, so we'll back the Hawks.
