Florida State has a 19-4 overall record in ACC play in the months of January and February in the last two seasons. This has become a basketball school. Pitt, meanwhile, is playing out another disappointing season and 2-5 ATS in past seven overall.

2021 Australian Open women's singles final

Naomi Osaka vs. Jennifer Brady

I would be very surprised if Naomi Osaka is not celebrating a fourth grand slam title after Saturday's Australian Open final against Jennifer Brady.

The Japanese star started the tournament as the player to beat, and although she landed a heavy-looking draw she has hurdled challenge after challenge with aplomb. Semifinal opponent Serena Williams appeared to be the toughest task yet for Osaka, but she dominated her legendary opponent who simply couldn't match the high standards of the reigning U.S. Open champion.

Brady had a softer draw than Osaka, but despite being a comfortable favorite round after round it is still an impressive achievement that she has qualified for her first grand slam final. It is no fault of Brady that she has had a favorable draw, and for her efforts she is finally being recognized as a top 10 hard court talent.

However, I struggle to see her leaving Melbourne as the champion. In a nerve-filled semifinal clash against Karolina Muchova, Brady triumphed, but it could have gone either way, with the American surviving the most important points of the match.

After the match Brady said, "My legs are shaking. My heart is racing. My legs felt fresh, but I feel I was stuck in the mud and I didn't pick up my intensity until the final set. I'll be nervous, but I'm also super excited about the final."

With Osaka playing at such a high and ruthless level -- easily handling the ultimate tennis champion Williams -- she won't be having a sleepless night over Brady.

The duo met in the U.S. Open semifinal last year, and to her credit Brady gave Osaka a good match. However, Osaka did look to have an edge in the matchup, and when you throw into the equation the addition of a fan-filled stadium and the scale of the occasion, I believe that the Japanese player will assert her dominance.

I believe that this will be a comfortable Osaka victory. She will win in two sets (-162), and there will be Under 20.5 games (-118).
