I think it's interesting how he goes for that next punch and then stops in mid-motion and is like, You know what? Fuck it. Because Maia obviously is not all the way out and I see the ref moving forward, but not necessarily in a "this fight is over" kind of way.

Yeah, I think it's good, but I do wonder what they would've done is Maia--clearly conscious--indicated that he wanted to continue. Technically, I think the fight would've had to go on.
